The West has been demonising China forever, I guess they hated the fact that the Chinese led by the CPC kicked out the Western imperialists who almost succeeded in colonising most of China back in the 1800s, and the fact that China, a country governed by its own unique ideology and economical system has becoming more successful in a short period of time. Having been bombarded with so much anti China rhetoric from the West in the past few years, it can not be more clear to me that the West loves to see China remain a poor, underdeveloped and weak nation. But I am afraid the West will be disappointed therefore remain spiteful for quite a long time to come.
