  1. There are a few things the US says when it wants to show care to the people in the other countries, let me translate them for you. 1. It tells you that it would bring you democracy, freedom and human rights. (Translation: you have resources I want to steal and/or you are a country of strategic importance, we are invading you.) 2. It tells you that you have an evil authoritarian leader who is killing your own people. (You have a leader who dares to stand up to the US and refuses to follow orders) 3. It tells you that your government is a threat to the world. (You have a sensible and capable government that runs a country in a better way than the US and is about to surpass the US as a world power.) 4. It tells you that your government is supressing the country's ethnic minorities. (Your government's policies which will create a united, harmonious and stable country is going to be bad for the US' interests) And do feel free to add more...
