  10. Never thought I'd see the day when thread-lock is used on rear diff covers, on SS bolts I'd be more app to use Never-Seize.... So what do you have here, a $1000.00 rear end thermometer....... I suppose it's nice but I dont see the need, trucks have been towing miles upon miles with factory diff covers, gear oil is made for that.................

  11. There must of been some loud noses coming from under the hood from the looks of that pump, if not I wonder how far you would've got on a test drive before you notice the engine blowing up, seeing how you always want to duplicate customer concerns............

  22. That steering rack replacement is an optional not needed repair for those of us that cant afford it, it's only seeping, no worse than my Jeep, in fact not as bad. I rather have bearings and tires replaced, nothing more annoying then road noise.......... Thats what my 04 Jeep Liberty is making. I replaced bearings twice in one year and struts 3 months ago so I guess my howling off road tire noise is because of tires slightly cupped on outer edge of tires. YT videos say cupped tires come from 4 reasons, cheap tires, worn suspension parts, bent rims, out of alignment. My alloy rims are 5 years old, new front struts 3 months ago, drives straight like it always did, now vibration, but tires were replaced 16 months ago with cheap tires, so I'm thinking of taking a grinder to sand down the cupped outer part of tires or mount them on 66 GTO and burn rubber to smooth out and get rid of howling tire noise........

  23. Awe yes I remember those days of being able to see black bolts on a black floor, also If that brush guard was wider it would be an excellent deer guard which is what I need on my Jeep in ME........

  26. By the way I wouldn't of minded a oil change on this shorter then usual video, mostly because I just bought (18) V6 Cherokee last Jan and was nervous about the first oil change, it's the first time I seen an oil filter like that sense I change one on a (59) 6 cylinder GMC truck.

So what about the AC, when who where is that going to be fixed........ Finally, I like these senseless ride-a-long ramblings, but gee can you at least wash the freeken windshield first...........

  28. The big problem with that Jeep is, it has lift kit and off-road tires but no 4-wheel drive, thats the first thing that needs fixing, it's a sin to have a Jeep with no 4-wheel drive.........

  30. I never heard of plugs breaking off in Ford 5.4's, but I have had a 98/ F150 that blew a plug out and know of others that also had plugs blowing out on a 05/ F150. The Ford dealer fix was replace head or motor, a good garage fix was some sort of new thread installment in head......... PS. At 4:30 pm it's 88 degrees with 60% Floridian humidity in Mid-Coast ME.........☹

  36. Instead of rattle can repair this auto needs NH oil..... I was so emotionally upset from the video's ending that I had to un-subscribed, hope that doesn't interfere with your 200k scriber goal, if it does put a mask on and you'll be ok.......

  39. I never seen wheel bearing that bad, how can someone put a tire on and not notice that. You SHOULD buy a better grade snap-ring pliers, those HF pliers would make speak in tongues to much, I'd throw em in the round file.......

  42. I always heat nut or bolt to cherry red and get a socket on as QUICKLY as possible, once you let the nut cool down it shrinks back on bolt, then the last state is worse then first. You got to keep heating nut to cherry red or you'll end up the way you ended up.... Heat expands steel, cooling shrinks steel, so when you heat the flange up, heat to cherry red and get extractor on QUICKLY.............

  45. I'm kinda liken no dododododododos.... I'd like to see a Dewalt or Milwaukee impact on that bolt that the whippy Rigid couldn't budge. No longer being able to do front end alignments probably isn't a big deal in Florado but AC, thats got to be a must............... PS, I think your useless ramblings have gotten better in your own shop.....

  46. As soon as I seen that car I go man those headlights should be changed, this the first time i see you polish headlights, more interesting then burning brakes. So you did a good job but how much does it cost and how long will it last........... Dont forget the wife unit wants hers done next....

  49. You didn't show my favorite ones, one was where you dropped a lifter rebuilding engine, I think on F150 and other one was replacing water pump on Subaru and the bolt broke off, then you tried to blame in on you know who............
