  1. Man you got the motor half tore apart just to change valve cover gaskets, I dont remember needing to do that on my 68 Gran Prix, so my guess is $3-500.00 on repair, then starter job must of been $150.00 but the ten year warrantee you give on this repair makes it worth it........
