  1. I dont see the point of 90° turn on cap bolts, that can lead to variations of torque values, I'd rather have all bolts torqued to a set number. But for the sake of your so called science, you should've rechecked cap bolts with torque wrench, I bet the torque numbers are all over the space time continuum.......
