I have no clue how to do those diagnostic test but from the beginning I thought 11 volts was enough to start car so my thought was starter motor was bad with bad battery clamps. So I was wondering if you couldn't take that wiz-bang cutter and open up the gap on terminals? And for the love Jesus will you put on safety glasses, that too sent me to eye doctor 40 years ago.........
