  1. By the way I wouldn't of minded a oil change on this shorter then usual video, mostly because I just bought (18) V6 Cherokee last Jan and was nervous about the first oil change, it's the first time I seen an oil filter like that sense I change one on a (59) 6 cylinder GMC truck.

  2. Gee 75k and coil is bad, I have 195k on 04 Liberty with no coil change YET...... See if that car was a POC and looked like a POC the owner would've said just change the bad coil although as easy as that repair was I probably would've said the same thing because wow I bet all 4 coil-packs and them higher priced Iridium plugs was pushing $250.00, but when I add in your $5.00/ labor charge I suppose it wasn't bad, no wonder your customer's are having a great day...........
