  1. Why do you call that headboard a headache rack, did you get a headache putting it on? Adding those tabs on tank is what I was thinking from the start, I always try use same holes... So now I'll be politically correct and not say your welding sucks, but might help if you remove paint first, tack on one side and weld other side, use gasless flux-core nozzles...... PS. Some say raising tank will allow tank to go back further, but looks to me you still cant because the tank fuel nozzle is in the way, I think you got all you can get unless you do a major re-design of tank..........
