  1. I for one dont see the need for AM radio, in mid-coast ME it's garbage, always has been for the past 60 years. My first car was in 1975, AM had about a dozen stations and none of them had good sound, today it's nothing but garbled staticky sound, while FM is crystal clear all over ME. So if they get rid AM in cars I could care less and it's a none issue, people need to focus more on todays real issues not this antiquated has-been AM radio!!!!!!!!!!!!!
