  2. Nice work men, thats a nice manual CNC torch cutting machine, so whats the four big round pressed-in resets on top of plate for? I'd like to see you guys with some hearing protection.......

I dont know but seems to me theres such a tool as a giant hydraulic press that would push that shaft right out instead of using a giant ram-rod, as ingenious as these guys seem to be, seem so they could build one. Watching these guys try to knock out that shaft with a battering ram was like watching Laurel and Hardy and the the Three Stooges trying to work together, it was funny but highly ineffective......

  6. If the workers dont care about their safety then the boss should, grinding and banging on steel is a sure why to loose eyesight and hearing, it shouldn't take a government/OSHA to make people put some freeken safety glasses on while grinding!!!!!!!!!

  9. Oh good I didn't have cringe when someone was grinding, though the glasses was dark least they was glasses. I estimate 200 man hrs making that crank........
