Tax assessment value is totally different then market value, theres been houses/property's in my town assessed by town for 200k, later sold for way over a million, also theres been houses thats been sold less then town assessment value. So that NY judge is off his rocker and has made this nothing but a personal attack on Trump, that judge should be disbarred tared and feathered and put in jail for not following US constitution.....
