  1. I'm a CPA that specializes in affordable housing (Section 8, tax credits, HUD programs, etc). Let me tell you, it's going to get much worse before it gets better! What we can do to help: 1) Advocate for high density housing 2) Fight against NIMBY policies 3) We need an expansion of who's eligible for affordable housing. The income limits are way too low
