  1. "If I haven't accomplished something today I'm a failure" Breaking free from this philosophy was possibly the greatest thing I ever did (ironic, I know). What are these accomplishments? Figuring out a way to cut company costs? Getting a promotion? They're good things and it makes you a great employee but many people live life as though they're going to be marked at the end of it. Size of house, bank balance, level of fame etc. like they're going for the top score. It's irrelevant, I think.
