  3. Well put. "Bet you couldn't do any better" is such a cop out. Never in my life have I heard somebody say "what gives you the right to compliment my work?" Besides, that's not the point we're making. Nobody's saying "why couldn't you make this funnier? It's really easy" just like if you give a book a bad review, you never claim that writing a book is easy - you're just judging the end product.
