  1. It's not like this is at all likely to be read by the right person by... Jayz here looks a LOT like a certain NPC in Fallout 1 or 2 (one who actually has an animated face profile, of course) but I can't put my finger on who it is. Without some list of all animated NPCs I'm left to put this out to the world....wide web, and see what hope it may bring me.
