  1. I love watches as well. I have 1 expensive watch (well i think it's very expensive and i couldnt afford to buy one) that was a gift for my 21st Birthday off my gf at the time. The rest of my watches are all under £1000 i particularly like seiko's and lately ive been liking some of the citizen eco drives. The watch my ex bought me was an A Lange & Sohne model lange 1 with a black face. I dont know what she (well her dad really she didnt have that type of money) paid for it but it could probably buy a new car for the same price. I wont sell for sentimental reasons because my gf was killed about 9 weeks after.

  6. My brother bought seiko pogue pepsi when they came out in the late 70s. He paid less than £50 and sold it last year for £1200. Its not often watches make money unless theyre a high end luxury brand like patek Philippe A Lange and sohne rolex Jaeger le coultre etc
