  1. Joe some people just function better when theyre carrying a bit extra fat. I was in the army with a lad who carried a few extra pounds and he told us when he was skinny he had no stamina compared to when he had some fat on his body. He carried extra weight really well and he got bigger all over and not just a few places like a lot of people like some people have big fat legs and arses and look pretty normal from the chest up.
