  1. I have a pet parrot and he comes outside with me all the time. He just stays on my shoulder or if theres lots of peopke about he'll climb in my inside coat pocket. He doesnt have his wings clipped so could fly away anytime he wants so yes birds can form attachments to humans and often do especially the intelligent birds like parrots and birds from the crow family.
