  1. I suffer with not enough sleep. Im a chronic pain sufferer and i can never sleep for more than about 3 and a half hours because thats how long the pain killers i take take just enough of the pain so i can sleep. I have to take my pain medication just as in going to bed then when i get into bed i have a joint then sleep.

  2. Ive been prescribed TRT and my sleep is definitely better than it was im sleeping longer and i feel like im getting a deeper sleep.
