Other characters sexuality and gender isnt being paraded around either, and most are even only assumed by the playerbase. If there is actually a canon checklist of every characters gender and sexuality, then that would be really cringe.

  13. What I don't like about Genshin is that every zone and region introduces some kind of gimmick mechanic which is unusable outside that region and which is never reused afterwards. So much stuff just sits in your inventory with no purpose whatsoever.

  34.  @steel5897  My main concern will be: What happens after that? The shadowlands will stay in the game, so you will have the literal afterlife accessible the expansions after that. Unless they either remove the shadowlands zones in future expansions or use a contrived story, future death will have no stakes attached to them since everyone goes to the shadowlands anyway. You could pull it off with good writing, but this is Blizzard so lets not pretend thats even an option.

  37. I only raided on heroic once a week. I was always the worst performing dd in the raid group of my guild. I barely did dungeons, tried more to level my professions. I was the most casual player in the guild, and I quit in 9.0 because fuck that boring ass grind.

  42. Transmog is a direct consequence of power creep. It sucks bonkers when an awesome-looking piece of gear you farmed hours to get becomes useless because some other new piece is just better. Now you have to ditch the gear you like locking at in favour of something that looks like shit just to keep up with everyone else. People love to customize the look of their characters, be it for the class fantasy, role play or just aesthetics. It does not help when the new gear being made by devs looks like garbage or follows a visual theme you don't like. I had this issue in Bfa where every powerful piece of gear I got looked like Aztec shit. It would have destroyed the visual cohesion of my character if it were not for the transmog system. What also does not help is that most of the gear is not unique anyway since only the stats matter. As long as developers don't know a way to fix this, transmog systems are not going away.
