  3.  @Twig_ccj I have high cholesterol too I'm taking flaxseed oil pills right now to lower it was 218 now it's 213 my triglycerides are normal and I'm obese my bmi is 32

  6. Nah I just eat what I want but I try not to stress eat anymore it's eating when you are stressed out you don't have to be hungry to stress eat
