@SK-rs1hu they will I found my dog Daisey at a shelter we adopted her she died in 2021 Daisey was born in 2007

@batacumba not true when I was younger we had kittens my mom said do you want to keep these kittens or give them to a mama cat and I said give them to a mama cat the kittens were so young they didn't have their eyes open so we went to a shelter and gave them to a mama cat the man said this cat will take them she lost her kittens or something

Why would someone tie her to a pole that's awful if they didn't want her she should be taken to the humane society not tied up 😢
