@stevef.8708 That's not respectful & empathetic. That's puritannical, neurotic nitpicking. Btw, one of the tenets of pc is cultural relativism. I come from Eastern Europe and therefore claim the right to be as rude and obnoxious as I want. Being respectful & empathetic is just "Western values". What works for my culture is obnoxiousness, and if u condemn it, u r a cultural imperialist!

@Harrier42861 Be polite? But part of p c culture is cultural relativism, therefore telling pple to be polite/respectful (if they come from a different culture) is Western Cultural Imperialism.

@Aidan Collins It's also about cultural relativism. What exactly is respect or disrespect if there is no absolute right or wrong since everything is just "different culture"?

@stevef.8708 We do not. We have pc crammed down our throats in the name of becoming a better society. And then the same pc nuts do 180 turn and state that there is no absolute right/wrong, good/bad, everything is just the matter of different cultural values and u shouldn't force your values on anyone. Their self-contradiction is absurd and farcical and I'm not falling for it.
