  1. Well, Jordan Peterson went on steak only diet because he had severe autoimmune reaction to just about all other food out there. It was a necessity for him and he admitted he missed eating a variety of foods. He never meant to push his diet on everyone. It was his fans who decided to adopt and promote his way of eating. And I presume MOST of them don't even have the health issues requiring them to.
