  1. Levin's feelings towards his son are a typical male reaction. Guys tend to be underwhelmed by babies when they are newborn and find them kinda boring. They start warming up when the baby is around 5-6 mo. and start developing a personality.

  2. I disagree w Dr. Prager about people not searching for a new child to replace the dead one. So do many psychologists/psychiatrists/analysts agree with me. The phenomenon of "replacement child" is widely noted among them. Many people born after the death of a sibling report pressure to live up to the dead one's memory, have often been compared to that kid. Quite often they get the dead sibling's name too.

  7. Sorry, Niall. I am the greatest fan of your wife, Ayaan Hirsi Ali and share most of her opinions. However I radically disagree with you. Still, you are married to one of my heroes, kudos! If there is any justice in this world, she and Maajid Nawaz will be receiving a Nobel Peace Prize one day. And she is absolutely stunning!
