  1. Hallvard Wie...You make good points. I think this project is an example of creating problems to sell solutions. Norway's population is less than 7 million. Such a ridiculously complex transport network is completely unnecessary for a country with so few citizens. And I'll bet less than half of the 7 million people even own vehicles. It would make far more sense to improve existing infrastructure and transport methods.
