1:25 for the Giuliani part. The vid title is misleading.

Melania continues to do a great job. Unfortunately, she should now brace herself for the fake-comedy shows (i.e. Colbert and Meyers) attacking her, and her work. Colbert loves to viciously mock her clothes, accent, motives, and whatever cause she supports (recall the "I don't care" monologue?). And Meyers will find a clever way to propagandize the story to attack Trump and/or the GOP while doing so.

Guard rails and warning signs are only for rational people.

Everest is a cliche. Not worth dying for. It's not even the highest mountain in relation to the center of the earth. That distinction goes to Mt. Chimborazo in Ecuador due to the equatorial bulge.
22
Obama recently addressed AOC and all Dems in Congress. He told them it's ok to have big ideas. But you better be able to explain how to pay for them. Two days later, AOC was again defending a unicorn policy and insulting our intelligence. She's clearly unable to take a hint... and is helping the GOP every time she opens her mouth. Even Whoopi Goldberg has told her to shut up and learn.
21
I'm sure CNN will have a panel of 'experts' to dissect the x-mas decoration story and determine it's a Trump lie.
21
I’d hate that crunch sound when walking.
14
Good news. A significantly expanded border barrier is cost effective and necessary. Obama and Hillary both saw this urgent need...10 years ago. Since then, hundreds of thousands have been able to literally walk into America. And we're spending $billions detaining and deporting the small percentage we catch. More permanent barriers won't stop everyone but they'll be an excellent deterrent in high risk areas. They'll also make patrolling the border far more easier.
11
I fully support getting our troops out of there. This has been happening in the Middle East for decades. The US can’t be expected to police the area forever. Turkey’s aggression must be dealt with through harsh sanctions and perhaps even kicking them out of NATO.
11
I wonder if SNL will parody AOC's hand movements, facial expressions, voice, ideas, etc? Or would that provide too much political balance in their "satire"?
10
Building on a flood plain will inevitably result in property damage, evacuations, etc. Clearly there's some who haven't figured this out yet.
10
He referred to "raking and cleaning". Although rake wasn't the best word, he was talking about clearing underbrush. And he's right. It's an important part of forest management around urban areas.

0:32....Iran says the tanker isn't leaking into the sea. There's nothing in the story to indicate SA is aware the tanker is leaking. Despite this, Time puts into their vid description area the vessel "could be leaking into the sea". More irresponsible journalism.
9
One good result from this is Mexico will finally learn they need to significantly enhance their southern border security. A wall wouldn't be a bad idea. Things continue to deteriorate in central and south America.

I can't believe a leader of a country is apologizing for a murder of a tourist. It might make sense if the death was a direct result of government action. But this was just a random murder. Her actions were nice and feel-good...but sets a bad precedent. If she doesn't apologize next time a foreigner dies, people will ask why.
8
Tragic. There's a joke to be made about the old Weather Girls song "It's Raining Men", but I won't be the one to make it.
8
I'll have no problem flying the Max again. And let's face it, it'll now be one of the safest planes in the air.
8
All Religions are based on fictional stories. It's very hypocritical and ironic one is concerned about other fictional stories.
8
I see the "guilty until proven innocent" crowd is back. Probably many of the same group who thought Kavanaugh should go to prison before the hearing even took place. These people need to learn the principle of innocent until proven guilty. Only idiots make conclusions before allegations are proven in court.
8
What's your theory on the motive? And why do you think they're 'refusing' to tell us?
7
I regularly see Chinese expats in comment sections defending their country's communist system and geopolitical actions. Their silence on this move is quite telling.
7
He said, "raking and cleaning". Referring to clearing underbrush. He's right. It's an important part of forest management around urban areas.
7
There was days of warning on the storm. Yet we're seeing thousands of vehicles left parked in areas known to flood or out driving in high risk flood areas (such as the freeway in the vid). What were they thinking?
6
Justin Campbell...The burden of proof for a claim is on those making it. People don't have to disprove claims made with no evidence. Your argument is exactly like people who believe in a god-story saying "You can't prove my god doesn't exist". Again, the burden of proof is on those making the claim. Ford couldn't prove her claim. It's as simple as that.
6
If a storm like this was approaching America most of our media would be using 24/7 alarmist rhetoric and saying it's due to climate change or global warming. It's quite refreshing to see use of the phrase "Extremely Severe" for what's simply a natural weather event.
6
We all know TDS is an epidemic, but I would've thought those with Bush Derangement Syndrome would have gotten over it by now. Nope.
6
I agree with Trump's approach. Pelosi and the Dems are holding the nation hostage for their petty politics. Trump will continue to put America first. I look forward to more of his use of executive order (EO) and veto powers. And before the TDS crowd freaks out, don't forget Clinton and Obama made over 600 EOs between them. And 50 vetoes. Trump's made none of the latter. Yet.
6
This comment is a good example of why Youtube should never have disabled the thumbs down icon.
5
He's just referring to areas around urban areas. Which is good forest management. And he clearly said "raking and cleaning". When people clear underbrush they often use rakes.
5
I wouldn't want to visit any of the six 'stan' countries.

Step 1: Memorize this story. Step 2: Go up to a beautiful woman in a bar on St. Patrick's day and share. Step 3: Repeat step 2 as needed.

60 million years ago? Can't be true. According to a Museum in Kentucky, the earth is about 10,000 years old and the Noah's Ark story is true. That's sarcasm of course. And if it doesn't irritate you enough, remember the "Museum" is entirely tax free and they teach children that dinosaurs walked with humans.

Bernie's unicorn policy sounds good but is as unrealistic as the Green New Deal. But of course, whenever Dem voters hear "free" they're all for it. Facts are important: 1. Let's remember that countries with universal healthcare all have higher overall average tax rates. In many cases, significantly higher. For example, most Scandinavian countries are over 50%. We're about 25%. 2. If Bernie thinks raising taxes on the top 1% and/or higher corporate taxes will cover the estimated $3 trillion annually for his plan, he's crazier than I thought. 3. Americans need to ask themselves if they want the ability to manage their own healthcare needs using public and private options or be forced into a mandated plan. 4. We also need to ask ourselves if we'd support free healthcare for new immigrants or refugees who haven't spent a dime in US taxes in their lifetime. Some may be ok with such a model. Many won't be. 5. Obama doubled national debt. Another Democrat like Bernie in the White House will likely triple it.
5
The vid cuts off before Trump's best comment to the press on this story: "Keep making it as big as possible so you can have a bigger downfall".
5
@Miss_Attitude_70 I took a quick scan of the link. The numbers indicate about 10 tourists killed in the last 30 years or so. Out of millions of visits a year. That is far from a "rash of tourist murders". If I misread the article, please correct me. Otherwise, I encourage you to stop using alarmist rhetoric and massive generalizations.
5
For a good laugh just Google "AOC stupid quotes" and go to images.

Lots of different narratives being pushed. Bottom line, the best information we have thus far is: 1. The drone was in international air space. 2. We don't know which Iran-based group was behind the attack (there's more than one). 3. Since the missile was a sophisticated SAM, it;s reasonable to blame Iran's core leadership. 4. Trump de-escalated the situation by saying it "could have been a mistake". 5. If it's verified by third-party countries and intelligence the drone was international airspace, Iran must either acknowledge the act of war or that it was indeed a 'mistake'. 6. If it was indeed an act of war by Iran, America should immediately send a couple cruise missiles to the SAM base in Iran. Eye for an eye.

An argument could be made that Japan has a historical and cultural right to hunt whales for food. Just like many Inuit and First Nations in the world are allowed to continue their whale hunts.
5
@davidbaron9355 ..Good point. And on the national debt topic, it's estimated another Dem unicorn policy, free medicare for all, will cost 30 $trillion over 10 years. Forget doubling the debt...how about tripling it. Sanders and the Dems would ruin the country if elected in 2020. But Dem voters hear "free" and they'll support it.
4
And when cleaning the forest floor to manage fire risk in and around urban areas...people often use rakes! Your comment is rare and appreciated in this Trump-hate echo chamber.
4
I remember when Seattle was the envy of much of America. Like San Francisco, it's dying. It's now a sanctuary city for drug addicts, illegals, and thousands of 'homeless' (the vast majority choose to live that way; the term homeless should only apply to legitimate short-term cases). And more are going there due to a good climate, Democrat policies, and lots of 'free' social services. RIP Seattle.
4
Those who selfishly use the anthem for personal protests disrespect the country and military. The majority of Americans don't agree with such actions. They should take a couple minutes to show appreciation to the country and save their biased political protests for another time.
4
Great speech and jokes by Trump. He was smart with the.."I even like the media today" line. And I liked the question to the kids...of course they'd think their media parents are reporting accurately "all the time". Even the CNN kids.
4
Tragic. These incidents would decrease if we had far more sections of the border with permanent barriers and far better technology. Such deterrents would send a message to the world that migrants should use legal processes to apply and get in line. Seems simple, right? smh
4
I like Trump's approach to NK. It's diplomatic and appeals to Jong-Un's need for attention. Trump's looking at the big picture and long-term. Japan and South Korea appreciate the better relations. Bottom line, communicating with NK is far better than the alternative. And we always have Dennis Rodman if we need him.
4
If Time had added the fact Blagojevich was a Democrat Governor in the headline I'll bet the comment section would be much different. It's mind boggling how many Trump haters ignore facts.
4
Well said. And no one can disagree this was a tragedy and we should all feel grief. But I also think it's illogical for a country's leader to apologize for an action out of the country's control. And it sets a very bad precedent. The next time a tragedy like this happens, New Zealand's leader will be in a complete no-win situation. If they apologize, they continue the bad precedent. If they don't, they look heartless.
4
You make a good point on people without enough experience climbing it for fame, social media crap, etc. I recall a young lady a few years ago with little to no experience climbing strictly for social media fame. She was using tank after tank of oxygen, even at lower altitudes. Sherpas had to carry her at some points. I believe her body is still up there.
4
A few minutes of research tells me that Houston had 16 major flood events from 1836 to 1936. Were they the result of changes to our global climate? Rhetorical question. They weren't. This part of Texas has been flooding for hundreds of millions of years (The continent of North America is about 250 million years old).
4
And it's important to note there's many GOP dominated States that would have adjusted numbers of electoral votes and representatives. Especially Texas. This fact makes calling Trump's move "politically motivated" illogical. It's simply the right thing to do and has been under discussion for over 10 years.
