  17. 1. There's no data on "underlying health conditions" for the vast majority of Covid 19 cases (CDC data). The person could've died from any number of reasons but had their death attributed to the virus. As well, the CDC reports that many people who died also had the flu. 2. And even if it was really 50,000 deaths, that's not much different from the annual flu numbers. C'mon people, let's grab some perspective. Be smart, be safe...but know that the sky isn't falling.

Regardless of which God story it is. I can't imagine how brutal it must be go through life as member of a cult hoping a ridiculous superstition and story is true. My dislike is for organized religion. It preys on humanity for money and control. And to loop back to the topic of this discussion, it preys on the weakest among us...children. Every single report is based on the ratio between the # of deaths (numerator) and the # of known cases (the denominator). The # of known cases is only based on test results. It's estimated hundreds of thousands have had the virus, recovered, and were never registered as a case. Therefore, any mortality rate data is a lie..unless it's qualified with such facts. The denominator is wrong. I'd be willing to call it a "lie by omission" to reflect your point.

People should be asking one question right now: What percentage of deaths attributed to Covid 19 were people with serious underlying health conditions, were smokers (weed, vape, cigs) or obese, or also had the common cold or flu when they died? The answer is we don't really know. The latest CDC data indicated 94% of deaths attributed to Covid 19 don't have any details on underlying conditions. In other words...the number of deaths attributed directly to the virus is HIGHLY misleading.
