  1. It's perplexing to see people in comments defending Syria or criticizing US action to reduce threats to its allies in the middle east and Europe. The Assad regime has used chemical weapons multiple times in the past. Obama threatened action after chemical attacks with his infamous "line in the sand" to Syria. But when Assad did it again, he did nothing. Trump is willing to back up his threats. There's a lot to be said for that. The US, France and UK are indicating they have proof of another chemical attack. It's nonsensical to suggest three countries, with very different leaders/governments, are all lying.
