@OveBakken ..I encourage you to read that Politifact article thoroughly. The context of Biden's comment is explained as: "Biden has used that phrase in reference to Trump and his handling of the coronavirus outbreak." So the question is this. If Biden wasn't calling Trump's China restrictions "xenophobic", what Trump Covid actions was he referring to?

@nate7778 ..Great mention of Trump's Charlottseville comments. The Democrat and media claim that Trump called white supremacists "fine people" is one of the biggest lies perpetrated in the past few years.

@You Tube ...Actually, I think Politifact is an excellent source for information and fact checks. But the key is to look beyond their initial "true/false" conclusion and delve into the facts and quotes. If often cite Politifact to defend Trump.

@OveBakken ...Nice try but Trump didn’t call it the China virus until weeks after Biden’s “hysterical and xenophobic” comments. In other words, he was calling Trump’s travel restrictions xenophobic. And other Democrats and media were calling them racist. Propaganda media and Democrats are trying really hard to convince people that we’re not seeing massive hypocrisy from 10% Joe on his handling of Covid....and failing.

@OveBakken ...I encourage you to avoid confirmation bias. Read beyond the words on Politifact that support your opinion. Delve into all the facts. Don't get me wrong, I can also be guilty of confirmation bias. But not in this case. Read the full article and you'll learn that the reaction to Trump calling it the China Virus was in March. All the "racist" and "xenophobic" claims started in early February right after the travel ban. And around the same time Pelosi when to a China Town and told everybody to come visit. But I digress. Bottom line, Democrats and Trump haters are trying really hard to convince people that Biden wasn't calling Trump's travel restriction xenophobic. And again, they're failing miserably.

@OveBakken ...And I see in another area of this comment section that you think Trump's travel /immigration restriction on countries that support terrorism was "Islamophobia". Hmmm. Did you think the same when Obama (and Biden) implemented a very similar ban on the same countries? Rhetorical question...I know you didn't.
