@护卫中华 .."We Chinese"?! So you think you're speaking for billions of people. You're not.
1
Biden's handlers plan to raise corporate taxes, which Trump lowered to compete with other countries. When he did it, it lit a rocket under job growth and the economy. Raising the tax rate will drive jobs out of the country.

Listen more closely at 1:05. The money shouldn't be called handouts. In a roundabout way, China's still paying and the farmers are still producing a product for the world market.
1
@Anthony ..I was hoping someone would correct me. I did more research and it's indeed a massive stretch to say China is paying. However, they're suffering in the $billions. And let's face it..if consumers stop buying products with tariffs and buy American..they're part of the solution.

So... he agrees with Trump. I wonder how CNN and MSNBC will try to spin this one.

Under 'demagoguery ' in the dictionary there should be a picture of Bernie. His unicorn policies are an insult to our intelligence. And don't get me started on clueless AOC and her anti-American views.

@dukeallen432 ..Do you think Cuomo and De Blasio are liable for New York State's 35,000 deaths? If no, why not?
1
@willoem2 ..Trump did an excellent job early in the crisis. Which is why Fauci made the comment. And Trump already admitted months ago he downplayed the crisis. Woodward's book offers nothing new. Trump said in May that he wanted to avoid panic and was "overly positive". As were many Democrat leaders. For example, Pelosi encouraging people to visit China towns, Biden calling Trump's China Travel restriction "xenophobic and hysterical", Cuomo and De Blasio telling people to "act normal", ride the subways, go to school, etc. Those trying to lay all the blame on Trump are failing miserably. Smart people realize doing so is massive hindsight bias and/or hypocrisy (especially as it relates to the words and actions of Democrat leaders). Bottom line, Biden and propaganda media won't change a single vote with their scam.

A Democrat and CNN viewer sees this as just another sign the world is ending. A Republican and Fox viewer sees this as a logical short term setback, and a huge opportunity for small businesses.

If migrants don't enter the country illegally they don't have to worry about poor conditions in detention centers.

While it's good to go after the source of the drugs, it's important to punish the dealers. In this case, the dealers are the doctors and pharmacists who prescribe hard drugs for something a couple Advil could deal with.
1
Do some research on the average citizen tax burden of any country with universal healthcare. You'll find there's no such thing as "free" and that many countries have almost DOUBLE the tax burden of America.
1
I agree. They're one trustworthy source.

One would hope that a CEO of a major corporation would have enough intelligence to get the facts on an issue before making a statement or taking action. One would hope. Coke, Delta and MLB's leaders fell for Democrat lies.

Let's not over analyze. We're not in a big game of Risk. There's always going to be disagreements between countries. And there's always going to be different approaches to global challenges and opportunities (hint: NK is both). It's also logical that countries will manage geopolitical risk in different ways.
1
Did you feel the same when Obama's administration put kids in cages at the border? And remember...migrants can avoid poor conditions in detention centers by not entering our country illegally.

Now is not the time for fictional stories from a time we thought the sun revolved around the earth.

Cruz raises many good points. Especially the fact terrorist countries like Iran are using Twitter. I wonder how many of their tweets have been fact checked or flagged?

The $10 million for "gender studies" in Pakistan is just the tip of the iceberg for ridiculous and non-Covid related spending in the Bill.
1
@emmetharrigan5234 ...Nevertheless, it's highly irritating that such spending is occurring at this time.
1
Good points all around but especially that China needs us more than we need them. If we still had Trump we'd make progress on the issues. Biden's handlers and the Democrat establishment will talk tough but only make things worse.
1
Trump continues to play chess while Dems and media are playing checkers.
1
@uberlolzzz ...Good points. And I'd love if the original poster "Greg Pim" would weigh in So Greg...why did you post this comment?

I don't think it's a conspiracy, it's a fact. Bernie would be the nightmare candidate for the Democrats. He's so far out of touch with reality it would mean a Trump/GOP landslide in the electoral college. Bernie's clueless supporters (i.e. AOC and her cult) might hand him the popular vote, but we all know that would be meaningless.
1
I find it mind boggling that New York citizens aren't working hard to recall Killer Cuomo, who's getting an Emmy for reading PowerPoint slides. At the very least, the families of the thousands of seniors he killed with an Executive Order should be launching a massive civil liability case.
1
Biden's handlers and Democrat establishment are doing their best to ruin this country.
1
America First. The Dems and 12 Republicans apparently aren't watching what's happening in South America. Venezuela's getting all the attention, but El Salvador (MS-13 spawning ground) is just as bad, if not worse. And the Dems and 12 Republicans would rather spend $billions detaining illegals or "asylum" seekers who can literally walk into the country. And those are just ones we catch. A significantly expanded border barrier will act as an excellent deterrent in high risk areas.

AOC could keep her mouth shut and we might assume she's clueless. But she opens it and removes all doubt. We have a balance between capitalism and socialism in our economic and political systems. To suggest one or the other isn't "sustainable" shows a complete lack of understanding of the balance. While we can always tweak programs/policies based on either ideology, a major shift from private to public enterprise won't be sustainable. And unicorn policies like Sander's "free medicare and tuition for all" are estimated to cost (lose) over $3 Trillion per year. Obama doubled national debt in 8 years. A Dem government and an imbalanced lean to a socialist/welfare state might triple it.
