  1. CNN is too politically biased and delusional to look at the big picture. For example, even if they win the lawsuit and Acosta is allowed back in....the White House could simply never call on him for a question. Or, they could simply answer every single question with "Thank you for the comment. Next question". Over and over.

  2.  @connormangelson  I don't see this as a free speech issue. Acosta and CNN aren't being denied that right. The issue is whether guests of the White House (which the Press are) have the right to be there regardless of their disruptive, abusive, disrespectful actions. And as I said in my above comment, I think the whole lawsuit is moot. The White House has many other methods at their disposal to prevent idiots like Acosta from pushing political agendas.
