Pelosi and Schumer didn't have much of a legacy already...but the two big craps they took on the Constitution with Trump impeachments made it worse: 1. Trump's first impeachment was an abuse of Congressional powers with a 100% partisan vote in the House. It was also the first impeachment in history without an actual crime. 2. Trump's second impeachment was the first in history without investigations and hearings at the House level.
