  1. I'm shocked to learn there's a German government party whose name refers to the Christian cult. The Muslim cult's influence on the country must really be unpopular.

  2.  @herrpicard7906  Thanks for the info. And you're right with the comparison to US parties. As I said, I was unaware of the extent of "christian values" in Germany. I find it very surprising. I know it's not all citizens, but I honestly thought Germany was far ahead of the US with regards to following ancient superstitions and the god-delusion. And I'm shocked there's a government party that puts the name of a cult in their name. Thanks again.

  3. Inga Sall ..Dark ages is a very good description. Sounds a lot like America. Our separation is really on paper only. The Evangelical vote is critical for both parties and the god delusion is constantly referenced by politicians. Even those who are likely closet-atheists. Again, I thought Germany was closer to some strongly secular European countries in beliefs and practices than to us. As you point out, the rise of the Muslim cult is affecting politics.
