  1. Well said. It's always great to see people who've educated themselves on facts regarding weather events and climate change. You're looking at the big picture and haven't fallen for the lies and alarmist garbage on climate change. Our 4.5 billion year-old planet has been through countless periods of warming and cooling. While human activity is definitely a factor, it doesn't come close to the other factors you mention.

  2. Good point. But at least they gave the 100 year context to the temperature. Far too often media just blares "Record Temperature!" or "Record Heatwave!" and provides no context. This story was indeed a bit alarmist, but not as bad as it could have been.
