  2. Seems like a good time to remind Democrats and Trump haters of how Democrats took a crap on the Constitution with Trump's impeachment: 1. Leading up to the hearings, Pelosi, Schiff and Nadler lied repeatedly about the "evidence". For example, they said there was "overwhelming evidence" of high crimes such as treason and extortion. They lied. 2. The Democrats embarrassed themselves in the hearings and were slaughtered by facts and logic. And Republican leaders like Jim Jordan exposed Schiff's lies and hypocrisy on an almost daily basis. 3. The complete lack of evidence of an actual crime meant the Democrats had to come up with other charges: "Abuse of Power" and "Obstruction of Congress". Again, neither is a crime. Worse, Clinton's impeachment was based on 2 actual crimes: "Obstruction of Justice" and "Perjury" (a felony). 4. The Impeachment vote in the House was 100% partisan. And worse, 2 Democrats voted against their own party. Conversely, Clinton's impeachment vote was bipartisan. 5. Pelosi had said in 2017 (2 years prior): "We can't impeach Trump unless it's bipartisan". She lied. 6. In the hearings, Constitutional Lawyers warned the Democrats of how history would view a 100% partisan impeachment. Bottom line, the Democrats abused Congressional powers and took a crap on the Constitution. Trump's legacy is solid.
