  10. Good points. And we shouldn't hold our breath waiting for answers to the simple questions you pose. The Dems are playing politics with national security. Both Obama and Hillary wanted a border barrier but suddenly the Dems think "technology" is a better solution. I wonder if Pelosi and Shcumer leave their doors open and rely only on technology to protect their homes. As you point out, a wall will be an excellent deterrent. And it will allow for easier application of other technologies and enforcement.

And remember... the ACA was eventually deemed unconstitutional. The Dems seem to get a lot of votes based on lies and unreasonable fear. And they get even more votes promising 'free' stuff. Smart Americans know our tax rate is very low in comparison to other developed countries. For example, that "free" healthcare in Denmark comes with an overall tax rate of about 50%! And the examples of "free" college tuition in other countries are due to similarly high overall tax rates. Bottom line...do you want to pay much higher taxes so EVERYONE gets more "free" stuff...or do you want much lower taxes and the option to choose which programs and services you want to pay for?

Including a teen girl who recently killed herself because her parents said she thought climate change was ending the earth. There's no scientific consensus that humans are entirely responsible for our current climate change. We're a factor, no question, but there's many other natural factors completely beyond our control. Which is why the earth has been through countless climate shifts in its 4.5 billion year history. And why there will always be wildfires, droughts, flooding, etc. Don't get me wrong. There's no doubt we have to be FAR more responsible with pollution. But the climate will change regardless of what we do. I encourage you to look at the big picture and question the alarmist "science". Don't get brainwashed. You may become a victim of eco-anxiety.

  49.  @mafarmerga ..Among the many great foreign policy legacies from Trump's first term will be getting other NATO countries to step up with more money for defense and deployments and getting us out of the ridiculous photo-op known as the Paris Accord (which I assume you know Obama signed WITHOUT approval of Congress and the Senate?) Iran is under UN sanctions (not just ours) and the deal was in their favor. Trump is ensuring they fully understand they can never have nuclear weapons and must submit to better monitoring. It's ridiculous to suggest that Germany, France and the UK aren't stepping up more in Syria and other Middle East countries because they dislike Trump. Countries don't have TDS, only individuals do. Moreover, their countries are hurting due to refugees/migration and it'll only get worse if Turkey carries through on their threat to release millions more. And let's remember that ISIS is a far more imminent threat to Turkey and European countries than us. They need to step up and stop relying on America to all the dirty work. As well, let's not forget the UN. If there is indeed a humanitarian crisis reemerging in Syria, let's get some peacekeepers in there. It can't be just the US. Bottom line, Trump's moves in the Middle East during his first term have been smart and strategic on so many levels.

  50.  @mafarmerga ..And I forgot to address your final point about the US being "isolated from the rest of the world". I'll remind you that many who support Trump do so because he isn't a globalist. That's what America First is all about. Even his foreign policy moves are primarily with America in mind, with a good balance of helping strategic allies (i.e, South Korea, Israel, Saudi Arabia, Japan, the Ukraine and Poland) thrown in for good measure.
