  4. Umm..nope. It was Clinton who was convicted of the actual crime of Obstruction of Justice. The Democrats have zero evidence of that with Trump, so they came up with the ridiculous non-crime of "Obstruction of Congress".

  5. You raise an interesting point. Personally, I think impeachment is an important part of the "Checks and Balances" between the 3 branches of Government. Unfortunately, the Democrat's abused Congressional powers and spat on the Constitution with their ridiculous partisan impeachment. By comparison, Clinton's impeachment was fully bi-partisan. The Senate will be smart to put an end to the Democrat's circus as soon as possible. And I agree the Constitution needs some work. It's showing it's age. It's already been amended a couple dozen times. We need a few more.
