  1. Youtube doesn't allow the thumbs down to register for comments. It only works if you've already given a thumbs up and want to remove it. The lack of an ability to thumbs down comments means people are forced to leave comments if they disagree. The lack of a thumbs down vote leads to kids (and adults with self esteem issues) posting comments just to get "likes". It also leads to a very misleading "Top" comments section.
