  2. I agree. I think the Democrats abuse of Congressional powers and political games should lead to new laws against 100% partisan impeachments and all related issues. For example, the timing of impeachments vis a vis elections, length of investigations, involvement of the SCOTUS, etc. Such rules would benefit both parties and would prevent future parties spitting on the Constitution like the Democrats.
