  1. There's no such thing as "free" healthcare. Citizens pay through their taxes. I encourage you to do some research on the massive citizen tax burdens in any country with universal healthcare. In some cases, such as Denmark, the overall citizen tax burden is about DOUBLE the tax burden of Americans.
