  1. Agree. And I see the census issue separate from the 2020 election. We must ensure there's very rigorous processes to ensure the only people who vote are citizens.

  3.  @Scarywesley4  ..Another example of why a document written in 1776 needs more Amendments. A couple dozen more. The founding fathers did not foresee the world we currently live in.

  6. A set back. As noted in the story, the lower courts need to provide better rationale. Once that's done, I see the SC decision becoming 5-4 in favor of the question.
