  2. Putin didn't "bow" to Trump, he simply complimented him, thanked him for a "great step" in repairing damaged US/Russian relations. And I wouldn't call it "bowing" for Putin to acknowledge Trump's accomplishment, such as North Korea relations. Lastly, Putin's backtrack on Syria isn't bowing, it's an agreement with Trump that both countries need to take a humanitarian approach.

  4. ? They've both said pretty much the exact same thing. The summit had many successes (i.e. on Syria, Israel, defeating terrorism, military cooperation, North Korea, etc)....and was a great step in US/Russia relations. What points weren't clear to you?

It was an good first step to repair years of damaged relations. 2. An agreement on a "humanitarian" approach to Syria. 3. Agreement on military/intelligence cooperation on terrorist threats...on both countries. 4. Agreement on Trump's diplomatic approach to the de nuclearization of the Korean penninsula 5. Safety for Israel. 6. Acknowledgement by Putin he dislikes Trump's actions on Iran 7. Acknowledgement by Putin that he and Trump still disagree on the Crimea issue. Etc. What are your views on 1 to 7?
