  1. What a waste of time. Trump's defense should take 10 seconds: 1. What part of "peaceful" did those who rioted not understand? 2. The entire impeachment process isn't in the spirit of the Constitution's rules and there were no investigations or hearings in the House.

  2.  @SRosenberg203  ..Again, Trump wanted a peaceful protest. I would argue that his use of the word "fight" was in the context of fighting for justice. I think Allan Dershowitz said it best: "Nothing the president said constituted unprotected incitement, as narrowly defined by the Supreme Court over nearly a century of decisions. His volatile words plainly fell on the side of political advocacy, which is protected speech."
