  1. I've had an $80 Wagyu steak. Incredibly overrated, far too rich for my taste. If I want a fatty steak I much prefer a good bone-in Rib Eye for half the price.

  2. Agree. There's a good Far Side cartoon in here somewhere. Wagyu cows talking to Angus cows about burgers or something like that.
