  1. The Electoral College system ensures the most populated States (CA, TX, FLA, NY) don't determine the President every election. It gives all 50 States a significant voice. And it's important to remember that the Electoral Votes for each State are based on the popular vote in that State. They've aligned perfectly in both 2016 and 2020. Canada's system would never work here. And I trust you realize there's more people living in California than all of Canada.
