  2.  @alejandro41208 ..Good points. We agree there should be an 'America First' approach to manufacturing. I also think it's important we help all corporations, regardless if they're involved in manufacturing. They employ millions and pay $billions in taxes and letting them fail will spell disaster for the economy. Just like it's important we don't let States fail. But both scenarios require strict conditions and accountability for how the bailout money is used. For example, we can't allow stock buy-backs like 2010 and there must be no use of bailout money by States to fund their mismanaged pension funds.
