Well said. And since you brought up some good statistics (I hope many people read your comment thoroughly), here's some more:
1. There's about 700,000 cops in America. Of those, about 1,200 are charged each year with crimes or offenses, including excessive force, discrimination, murder, fraud, etc.
That means 99.9% of cops can be deemed good cops.
2. Each year there's about 10 million arrest-related activities by cops (such as George Floyd's arrest). Using the aforementioned stat, 99.999% happen without charges to officers.
Bottom line, I think the Minnesota cop's actions were criminal...and I hope he serves time.
But it's LUDICROUS to hate all police or think there's rampant racism or brutality based on .1% of cops and .0001% of arrests.
