  2. #6 I think the truck was irritated the cammer didn’t pull into the intersection. It’s one of my pet peeves too but I’d never pull a move like that. The cammer seems oblivious he can move up and doesn’t need a “running start”.

  3. It's not about being "fast off the line". You pull into the intersection on a solid green while yielding to oncoming traffic. This allows one, sometimes two, vehicles behind you to also make the turn when the light goes yellow as they've also been able to enter the intersection. The truck was irritated the cammer didn't move up.
