Some people are trying to argue the ridiculous spending you mention is "different" because it's in the overall government spending part of the Bill rather than the specific Covid portion. They're missing the point. Every American should be VERY angry at the billions in spending on foreign countries while countless small businesses are going under and millions have no hope of a job.
